Discipline and divine inspiration, of course, come from the Holy Bible, the presence of God, Christian music, and a community of believers / Christian creators. Further, we pray and believe that in seeking first God's kingdom, everything we need will be added to us and bear good fruit.

More specifically, we're big fans and users of softwares and platforms such as FL Studio, Adobe Photoshop, Apple Notes, Microsoft Excel, Mailchimp, ManyChat, Grasshopper, 1Password, NordVPN, Google Chrome Dev and Workspace, Shopify, Spotify—and of course, YouVersion (mobile) and Olive Tree's (desktop) Bible apps.

We understand that not everyone is in favor of concepts such as financing—or any system of payment resembling credit or debt. As we strongly believe in Proverbs 22:27, we don't endorse that anyone spend money they don't have. On the other hand, some folks may desire to develop/further the habit of sowing financially into God's kingdom—that is, on a more regular basis. The latter, we do encourage—yes, even beyond the means of merely Crucifly.

God loves a cheerful giver: whether someone gives (even beyond finances [e.g., service]) to their local/favorite church, ministry, or outreach. Sow bountifully—yet we pray you'll continually embrace the wisdom of God's Word, in every circumstance.

At the moment, that's a negative... While our team does specialize in these professional areas, offering them as services doesn't currently align with the mission or overall productivity of Crucifly, Crucifly Records, Real Dyl, or any subsidiaries therein. Narrow is the way that leads to life!

Unfortunately, (by default) we do not currently provide the option for orders to be edited after being placed—so be sure to do a double-take before submitting.

If you'd like to request a change, give us a call within 30 minutes of placing your order.

If it turns out you require making a change more than 30 minutes after your order has been placed, we will do our best to assist you—but unfortunately, orders that have already been processed (typically) cannot be modified.

U.S. customers: please allow up to 2-5 business days for processing. As for transit time, it depends on the shipping rate you select at checkout: for Free or Standard Shipping, typically 3-14 business days (for most products; in rare cases, up to 30 business days); if you select Express Shipping, please allow up to 7 business days.

International customers: please allow 2-5 business days for processing. You may expect your package anywhere from 1-4 weeks.

You have 30 days after receiving your (physical) item to request a return.

Great question! Hmm... let's see.

What we need to know is... what is your reason for wanting to return your item? Changed your mind? Exchanging for something else? Damaged or defective? Something else?

We ask that you do your best to refer to our Refund Policy, according to your specific needs. We promise, it's not super technical. If you are still unsure or have further concerns, don't hesitate to reach out to us.

It depends on what your individual needs and preferences are:

• MP3s = standard quality (with some usage rights).

• WAVs = high quality (with more usage rights).

• Trackouts = high quality + full control over the entire flow and mix/master of your end result (with lots of usage rights).

No, they will not. You'll receive fully tagless instrumentals and samples upon purchase; free downloads, however, contain tags by default.

• MP3s = 320kbps

• WAVs & Trackouts = 24-bit

• Sample rate = 48khz.

The details per license type (e.g., how many streams/performances are allowed) are outlined within the beat player under "License Terms" in the side of the widget. Once you have purchased, you will receive your contract(s) including the same details, along with your audio file(s).

Unfortunately, since the audio files we provide are 100% digital (thus, duplicatable)—the nature of such transactions suggests that the products are not returnable. Once you've purchased your files, they're yours to keep... We are not able to provide refunds or exchanges for beats, sound kits, or other audio/digital files at this time.
